All-Abilities Basketball at YMCA Bannockburn runs on Tuesday afternoons from 4:30pm-5:15pm. Cost of the session is $8 for a casual session, or $50 for the term (9weeks).
Tailored to each participant’s individual ability and special requirements, this slow movement, health and fitness class encourages each participant to improve self-confidence, health, happiness and mobility in a safe and supportive environment.
Classes are conducted by world famous instructors Sifu Damien Chaurémootoo and Emma Carr from EmmaKHealth and provides the opportunity of building self-esteem, confidence as well as the added benefit of improving each participants overall health.
Bookings are available for individuals or groups/services providers.
Y-Streetball for Special Needs is a community basketball program for people looking to “be active, build friendships, & learn skills”.
The program is held at the indoor basketball court within the YMCA North Melbourne Community Centre every Tuesday from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
There is no cost, booking, or minimum skill level required to participate.
With support from the YMCA, YSSN aims to provide a friendly social environment where people of all abilities are welcome to rock up and have fun.

Casey Stadium alongside Badminton Victoria are proud to announce the arrival of Para-Badminton to City of Casey residents!
Starting Sunday 9th February, the stadium will be holding a weekly social Para-Badminton program. The program runs from 1pm - 2.30pm and is open to all abilities.
Open to all ages and abilities, with all equipment provided - come and get involved!
Theraplay is a casual open gym session designed to foster a safe and inclusive environment in which individuals of all abilities can explore through play and movement. Participants will experience the benefits of improved balance, coordination, strength and fine and gross motorskill development.
Theraplay's main aim is to encourage a love of gymnastics with a positive experience that provides therapeutic benefits to the individual. The casual, unstructured learning environment provides ample opportunity to interact positively with peers.
Learn new skills, stay active and enjoy the teamwork. Sports include basketball, netball and pickleball - varied according to the group's interests.
