What is Lacrosse?
Lacrosse is a team sport that combines the skills required to play football, netball and hockey. BUT it is played in the air! The object of the game is to score more goals than the other team. To do this, teammates throw, catch, carry and shoot the ball with a lacrosse stick.
Benefits of Lacrosse
Lacrosse provides a range of physical and mental benefits. It allows players to develop their motor skills through focusing on throwing and catching with a stick. It also improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed, and agility. Best of all, lacrosse provides a great social environment where players can make new and lifelong friends.
