Wheelchair Handball is a fast fun, dynamic team sport which is played indoors or outdoors. The aim of the game is to score as many goals as possible by throwing the ball into a soccer-style goal.

Training is held at Dandenong from 6.30pm - 8.30pm every Wednesday night (must be there by 6.15pm to be ready for a 6.30pm start). Training includes an hour warm up and skills, followed by an hour of games.

Participants must provide their own chair (sports chair is preferred, but a day chair is acceptable), and it must be a manual chair.

All ages welcome, and although they try to be inclusive to all abilities, it is a very fast sport, so is more suited to people with a physical disability or amputee.

There are pathway opportunities from the local level right through to National if this is your ambition!

Contact William Taylor for more information and to get involved.
