Merri Community Health Services is offering a planned activity group for younger onset dementia people and people with a neurological condition.
The program offers a range of planned activities, including active recreation, outings and many more. 
Participants must be aged 64 years and younger, with a neurological condition impacting on their lifestyle and residing in the City of Moreland (will accept out of area enquiries - must provide own transport).
Occurs on Wednesdays from 10am - 3pm, meeting at 5d Cromwell Street, Glenroy.
