AimBig have developed a program called BusyBeans to help people with an intellectual disability to find meaningful employment as a Barista working in a corporate office environment.

We have employed professional baristas to train participants to make a Barista quality coffee.  Our online ordering system makes it easy for our employers to order coffees and for our participants to track their orders.  We find an office Barista environment is more suitable and less stressful for our participants than working in a Busy café.

We have many employers who have committed to employing our participants upon the completion of their training program.  Typically our participants are offered 8 hours or 15 hours of work each week and earn approximately $20 per hour.  Our program is free to participants and is targeted towards NDIS participants who are actively wanting to find paid employment.

In Victoria we have offices/training venues in;

  • Frankston,
  • Moonee Ponds,
  • Bendigo,
  • Geelong,
  • Taylors Lakes,
  • Broadmeadows,
  • Epping,
  • Heidelberg and
  • Craigieburn.

AimBig are actively seeking referrals at present. Additional information can be found here:
