Today at The Wheelers Centre in Melbourne the Access for All Abilities (AAA Play) launched a range of animated characters that will bring colour to sport and recreation program delivery for Victorians of all abilities.

The Captain Access Animations were launched in conjunction with a new AAA Play website that will revolutionise how people living with a disability will connect to sport.

Three characters have been created to promote the physical, social and psychological benefits that regular sport and recreation can provide for people living with a disability. The three characters, named Captain Access, Mohawk Jones and Lila Adams, represent social inclusion, resilience and fun.

They introduce a new and innovative dialogue for inclusion and accessibility that hasn’t been seen before, leading to more participant opportunities across Victoria.

Today we are asking all of our supporters to spread the word about this exciting new initiative and we would be thrilled if you could help us.
