Have you ever wanted to learn how to play the exciting game of Wheelchair Basketball? You don't even need to be using a chair to come along and enjoy the game!

Basketball Victoria is committed to enabling ALL people to participate in basketball, no matter their ability, and offer a variety of programs to assist all people to get involved.

The Wheelchair Basketball Programs are a series of development sessions held in a fun, supportive and social environment for people of all ages with a mobility restriction, to teach the fundamental skills of wheelchair basketball.

The sessions take place at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC), Aughtie Drive, Albert Park on alternate Sundays, from 1.30pm - 3pm.

Regional sessions are also scheduled, so if you live a regional area of Victoria, including Shepparton, Gippsland, Bendigo and Ballarat, you don't have to miss out! There are also a number of affiliated wheelchair basketball programs that take place in Geelong, Knox, Werribee and Broadmeadows, so no matter where you live in Victoria, you can enjoy this great game!
