The secret of getting ahead is getting started

AAA Play is hosting an exciting and unique event to celebrate the International International Day of People with Disability

'Now I can play My Way' is a discussion event, hosting five athletes with disabilities at various levels (from grassroots to elite), sharing their stories of sporting success, including challenges, successes and ways in which participation can be achieved.

We want people to walk away from this event with a positive attitude towards disability sport after hearing these stories of success, and knowing that people with disabilities can participate in the sport of their choice, and there are pathways available. AAA Play will provide the audience with information about the various pathways available, so that they can take the first steps to participate in a sport of their choice.

'Now I can play My Way' will include 1.5 hours of discussion, followed by light refreshments and networking, and a chance for you to meet with the speakers.

Speakers include Elle Steele, Matt Lewis, Fiona Taylor, Quinn and the Essesdon Hockey Club, and Genamarie and Blind Sports Victoria; they are certainly people who will gain your attention!
